Information we use

When you sign in, we receive your account email and name. We store property-planning information you choose to enter, uploaded document metadata and subscription status so the service works across devices.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide and secure the service, administer subscriptions, support users and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and retention

Hosting, authentication, storage and payment providers process limited information for us. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Property Action OS.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. This notice should be reviewed by a qualified UK privacy professional before wider commercial promotion.
