The service

Property Action OS provides organisational tools and illustrative calculations for property planning. It is not mortgage, investment, financial, tax, valuation, surveying or legal advice.

Your decisions

You remain responsible for checking inputs and obtaining advice from FCA-authorised mortgage advisers, solicitors, tax professionals, surveyors and other qualified professionals before committing funds or borrowing.

Subscription

Founding membership is £9.99 per month after a 7-day trial and is limited to the first 100 members. The founding price remains available while that membership stays active. The price and renewal timing are shown before checkout. You may cancel before renewal. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, upload unlawful material or store passwords, bank credentials or payment-card information in notes or uploads.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that calculations are error-free. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These draft terms should be reviewed by a qualified UK solicitor before wider commercial promotion.
